Day of Coordinating Package:
This package is for the couple who would enjoy having a wedding professional to execute their vision and can smoothly direct their nuptials. We will work with you to get everything organized so you can have peace of mind leading up to your special day. We will assist with the night of rehearsal and coordinate the big day from beginning to end.
* Up to 5 meetings, unlimited phone calls, and emails.
*Creation of a wedding day timeline. A copy will be provided to all your vendors and anyone whom you would like to have.
* All day coordinating on the day of the event. We are there first thing in the morning and stay until the very end.
*We will provide timeline with all contracted vendors.
Starting at $999-$1999 ---under 100 guest
Starting at $1299-$2299 ---100-200 guests
Starting at $1599-$2599 ---over 200 guests
*Attendance of rehearsal & availability for last minute questions or concerns available upon request. (additional cost may apply)
Full Planning & Coordination Package: (Most Popular)
This package is designed for the couple that wants all aspects of their wedding managed for them and unlimited access to their wedding planner/coordinator. Our wedding planning services include full planning and event design, With this package you may sit back, relax and we will take the stress away!
*Unlimited phone calls, meetings in person or via skype, and emails.
*Assistance with vendor selection and the design of venue.
*Attendance of rehearsal & availability for last minute questions or concerns
*Creation of a wedding day timeline. A copy will be provided to all your vendors and anyone whom you would like to have.
*All day coordinating on the day of the event. We are there first thing in the morning and stay until the very end.
*We will provide timeline with all contracted vendors.
* Keeping on track with budget and re-evaluating as needed

EXTRAS: Personal Assistant Package Add-ON ..........go ahead and relax, we have you covered, this is for all wedding details that you don't want to worry or fret about ( picking up tux's, flowers, ect. and even out of town guest!!!!) starting at $500
